Job Description

Direct Sales: Responsible for selling of service contracts directly to Companys and non-Companys installed base customers.

Engage leads generated from Marketing Demand Generation to covert same to opportunity.

Drive Service sales strategies (Warranty Conversion, Upsell to higher level contract, Compliance business, Cross Lab business) in define territory with other sales & support team.

Explore new customers (new business) and opportunities in assigned territory.

Collaborate with cross functions to ensure highest customer satisfaction from assigned customers. Responsible to meet business targets and grow SSD business in assigned territory.

Have Energy, independent, drives for results, good knowledge of service selling, passion for customers and strong teamwork are the qualities required. Must possess enterprise selling, good interpersonal relationship and communications skills.

QUALIFICATION:

Experience on aftermarket sales assignments with clearly defined objectives, techniques. Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential service business opportunities.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent. , Minimum 6 years of working experience in selling service contracts/products for analytical instruments. Enterprise selling skills are preferable. Preference for relevant industry & territory experience.
