">As a Senior Accounting Operations Manager, you will oversee the management of accounting operations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.">Key Responsibilities:
"> Manage all financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of accounting functions.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
"> Requirements:"> Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
"> Preferred Qualifications:"> Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Experience with accounting software and systems.
