Financial Operations Lead
We seek a seasoned Financial Operations Lead to drive the success of our accounting functions. This key role will oversee the day-to-day activities for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger operations.
- Lead the team in preparing and posting all journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications.
- Conduct detailed and complex balance sheet and bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports in accordance with established accounting standards and regulations.
- Support intercompany accounting and adjustments to maintain accurate records across business units.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial data and assets.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to General Ledger operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
