Job Description:

MAAC, a leader in media and entertainment education, is looking for a passionate and skilled Multimedia Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge in Graphic Design, Web Design, and UI/UX and a passion for mentoring students in a creative and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom training in Graphic Design, Web Design, and UI/UX using industry-standard tools.
  • Provide individual guidance to students and review project work.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into teaching methods.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members and management for academic growth.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:

  • Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Web Design: HTML, CSS, Basic JavaScript, Adobe Dreamweaver or equivalent
  • UI/UX Design: Adobe XD, Figma, Wireframing & Prototyping
  • Strong design fundamentals and understanding of user-centric design

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic/Web Design, UI/UX, or related fields
  • Prior teaching experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Portfolio of work is mandatory during the interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
