
HR Executive

Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management & Follow-ups (ID Card vendor, Insurance, Recruitment consultants, etc.)
- Managing Recruitment Support and Coordination
- Onboarding formalities (documentation, induction, system updates)
- Exit formalities (resignation process, FNF coordination)
- Employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Sending joining & resigning information to respective regions/departments
- Attendance compilation and reporting
- HRMS data management & record keeping
- Conducting HR Induction for new joiners
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist profile
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Exit, HRMS handling)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
