We are looking for a creative and data-driven App Marketing Specialist (Organic Growth) to grow our mobile app's visibility and user base without relying on paid advertising. You will be responsible for App Store Optimization, organic user acquisition, content strategies, and user engagement initiatives that maximize downloads and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

App Store Optimization (ASO):

  • Optimize app metadata (title, description, keywords) and visual assets (screenshots, icons, videos).
  • Conduct competitor and keyword research to improve rankings.
  • Monitor reviews and ratings to boost credibility and conversion.

Organic User Acquisition:

  • Drive growth through social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and PR.
  • Identify and leverage trends to increase app discoverability.
  • Collaborate with the community team to build an active user base.

Retention & Engagement:

  • Support push notification and in-app messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to improve user journeys and reduce churn.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track organic installs, DAU/MAU, retention rates, and app store performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in app marketing, digital marketing, or content growth.
  • Hands-on experience with ASO tools
  • Strong understanding of organic growth channels (SEO, social media, communities, content).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working on mobile apps in SaaS, gaming, or consumer tech.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing or community building.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, Adjust, or other mobile analytics tools.
