About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and skilled
AI Engineer
to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions leveraging
Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building
AI agents
,
automating workflows
, and integrating
AI/ML pipelines
into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop AI Agents
    using frameworks like
    LangChain
    or
    LangGraph
    to automate complex business workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement
    Generative AI assistants
    leveraging LLMs such as
    GPT, LLaMA
    , and other open-source or proprietary models.
  • Design and expose
    AI models as RESTful APIs
    using
    FastAPI
    for seamless integration with applications.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize AI workflows using tools like
    LangSmith
    for observability and performance tracking.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain
    AI/ML pipelines
    using tools such as
    MLflow
    or
    Apache Airflow
    to ensure scalability and reproducibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
  • Continuously research and experiment with emerging AI technologies to enhance solution capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong programming experience
    in Python (knowledge of Java is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with
    AI agent orchestration frameworks
    like LangChain or LangGraph.
  • Proven experience building
    GenAI-based assistants
    using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.).
  • Proficiency in
    ML & AI workflow orchestration
    tools (MLflow, Airflow).
  • Familiarity with
    AI observability tools
    like LangSmith.
  • Solid understanding of
    Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP
    , and
    data pipelines
    .
  • Experience with frameworks and libraries such as
    PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
    .
  • Knowledge of
    version control (Git), APIs, and cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to
    multimodal AI systems
    (text, audio, video).
  • Experience in
    full-stack development
    for AI-based applications.
  • Familiarity with
    prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs
    .
  • Experience working in
    Agile environments
    .

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, AI & Data Science, or related field
    . Advanced degree is a plus.
