Personal Assistant

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the manager.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist in personal tasks and errands as assigned.
- Track deadlines, follow up on pending matters, and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain proper filing systems and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
