Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in research and development of new products, packaging, and processes.
  • Coordinate sampling, trials, and testing of new products.
  • Prepare and maintain product specifications, technical documents, and development records.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for raw materials, samples, and approvals.
  • Support in preparing cost sheets, BOM (Bill of Materials), and project timelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights for new products.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the NPD Manager/Assistant Manager.
  • Assist in quality checks, product evaluations, and shelf-life studies.
  • Help organize product presentations, demos, and approvals from management or clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
