Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a DP Support professional, located in Mumbai. The role involves providing technical and customer support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and delivering quality service to ensure smooth operations. The professional will also assist in analyzing problems, ensuring compliance, and addressing operational challenges within the Depository Participant (DP) domain.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve operational challenges effectively.
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to provide efficient resolutions for technical or system-related issues.
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Communication to engage with clients and offer excellent service.
- Ability to adhere to compliance procedures and ensure data accuracy and security.
- Experience in the financial markets or depository participant domain is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
