As we scale our CRM ecosystem, we're looking for a hands-on Sr Salesforce Developer to guide our growing Salesforce team and drive the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
  • Proven experience with Salesforce SDLC, deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, SFDX).
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
  • Architect and implement Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
  • Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align technical strategies accordingly.
  • Manage system integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best-in-class engineering practices.
  • Maintain documentation related to architecture, processes, and system configurations.
  • Support DevOps processes including CI/CD for Salesforce deployments.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
