  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Technical Analyst to join our development team
  • This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical execution by assisting with troubleshooting and documenting functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including supporting the documentation of newly implemented features
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity, traceability, and quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a software development environment
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience documenting technical features and workflows
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with customer information systems (CIS) or enterprise platforms
  • Exposure to ETL processes and data validation practices
  • Knowledge of API documentation and integration workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
