Job Title:Technical Analyst Experience Level:~10 years Role Type:Engineering / Domain SupportRole Overview: The Technical Analyst acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, domain experts, and engineering teams. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical specifications, supporting solution design and implementation, and ensuring clear communication across teams for successful delivery.Key Responsibilities: Serve as theliaison between business, domain, and engineering teamsto ensure alignment on requirements and solutions. Gather, analyze, and translatebusiness requirements into technical specificationsand system design inputs. Participate indesign reviews ,impact analysis , andchange request evaluations . Providedomain expertise and technical supportduring development, testing, and deployment phases. Investigate andtroubleshoot production issues or escalations , coordinating with technical teams for resolution. Documentfunctional and non-functional requirements ,use cases ,data mappings , andprocess flows . Collaborate with architects and developers to ensurerequirements traceabilityandsolution integrity . SupportUAT planning ,test case validation , andrelease readiness reviews . Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to best practices.Required Qualifications & Experience: 10+ yearsof experience as aTechnical Analyst ,Business Analyst , or indomain supportroles. Strongdomain knowledgein the relevant business area (e.g., Banking, Payments, Supply Chain, etc.). Ability to understand and communicatetechnical architecture ,APIs ,data flows , andintegration points . Proficient inrequirements elicitation ,process modeling , anddocumentation tools(e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Visio). Stronganalytical ,problem-solving , andcommunicationskills. Proven experience instakeholder managementandcross-functional collaboration .Desirable Skills: Familiarity withAgile/Scrummethodologies and sprint-based requirement delivery. Experience withSQL ,API documentation (Swagger/Postman) , ordata analysis tools . Exposure tocloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure)andintegration platforms . Knowledge ofsystem testing ,UAT coordination , orrelease managementprocesses.
