  3. Oversee stock levels and reorder merchandise as needed.

  4. Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.

  5. Customer Service:

  6. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.

  7. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

  8. Visual Merchandising:

  9. Implement attractive and effective merchandise displays.

  10. Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.

  11. Sales Support:

  12. Assist in sales activities, including product demonstrations or promotions.

  13. Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers.

  14. Cash Handling:

  15. Manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures.

  16. Process sales transactions promptly and efficiently.

  17. Stock Receiving and Dispatch:

  18. Receive incoming stock and verify against purchase orders.

  19. Organize and prepare stock for dispatch or shelving.

  20. Security Measures:

  21. Implement security measures to prevent theft or loss.

  22. Monitor and report any suspicious activities.

  23. Adherence to Policies:

  24. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  25. Uphold health and safety standards within the store.

  26. Reporting:

  27. Generate and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.

  28. Communicate any issues or observations to the higher management.

  29. Team Collaboration:

  30. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.

  31. Train and support new staff members as needed.

  32. Promotions and Marketing:

  33. Execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives.

  34. Participate in creating awareness about new products or campaigns.

  35. Maintain Cleanliness:

  36. Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  37. Oversee cleaning schedules and routines.
