Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Manage and monitor the performance of retail stores in the assigned area
  • Train and mentor retail sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive sales
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
