Position: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Mall De Goa, Alto Porvorim North Goa
Industry: Apparel / Gaming / Entertainment / Fashion / Retail
Experience: 4 to 6 years in Retail Store Operations
Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision
- Ensure smooth store functioning (sales, stock, customer service)
- Lead team during shift operations — motivating, training & monitoring KPIs
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Handle customer escalations & provide best-in-class service
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with backend teams
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols
Desired Profile:
- Retail background must, preferably in Apparel, Fashion, Gaming, or Entertainment
- Strong team handling & leadership skills
- Energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven
- Good communication (English + regional language)
- Open to working in rotational shifts & weekends
Growth Path:
Assistant Store Manager → Store Manager → Area Manager → Regional Head
