Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Steadfast Nutrition. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process, handling payroll and compensation, managing employee benefits, and ensuring employee compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge and experience in human resources management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare or sports industry is a plus
- HR certification is a plus.
