#Responsibilities:*

Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM implementations and/or upgrades.

Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM covering Core HR and Compensation

Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Functional

Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and/or upgrades.

More than 4 years of experience in working on HCM modules of Oracle Fusion/R12 covering Core HR, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits.

At least 2 years of experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Cloud HCM Suite

In-depth experience in any or all: Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labor.

Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions.

Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI is advantageous.

Familiar with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.

Ability to review business processes and translate them into BI reporting and analysis solutions.

Experience in configuring and supporting reports.

Experience working with Oracle on product bugs.

Data analysis and root cause analysis skills.

Functional and Technical problem investigation skills.

Understanding of the software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management techniques.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
