We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant with 6 to 20 years of experience in Core HR to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical consulting and experience in end-to-end HCM implementations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert solutions.
  • Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Technical solutions for core HR functions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other modules such as payroll, benefits, and time management.
  • Provide training and support to clients on Oracle HCM Cloud Technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to core HR functions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Technical solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Consulting, focusing on Core HR.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical consulting and domain knowledge covering the hire to retire cycle.
  • Experience in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including at least 2 with HCM Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of integrations and exposure to one or two modules such as payroll, benefits, and time management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
