Key Responsibilities:

Power Platform / Dynamics 365 CRM (DCRM):

  • Design and develop Canvas Apps using Power Apps.
  • Build and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation.
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, and business rules.
  • Develop and debug custom plugins using C# and the Dataverse SDK.
  • Implement custom workflows and workflow activities within CRM.
  • Configure security roles, business process flows, and data integration solutions.
  • Create FetchXML queries and PowerFX logic as needed.

Azure Platform:

  • Design and implement Logic Apps for enterprise integrations and workflows.
  • Develop serverless functions using Azure Function Apps (.NET/C#).
  • Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Implement messaging patterns using Azure Service Bus (queues, topics).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Azure resources using Application Insights and other tools.

.NET Core Development:

  • Develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core for CRM and external integrations.
  • Maintain reusable libraries and middleware components.
  • Work on deployment, debugging, and unit testing of .NET Core applications.

Required Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, D365 CRM).
  • Strong experience with Canvas App development and Power Automate Flows.
  • Proficiency in writing CRM plugins and custom workflow activities (C#).
  • Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Dataverse schema and security model.
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, ADF, and Service Bus.
  • Working knowledge of ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Power BI and its integration with Power Platform.
  • Experience with ALM practices for Power Platform using solutions and pipelines.
  • Understanding of licensing, governance, and environment strategies for Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with Common Data Model and DataVerse API.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
