**About the Team**:

- The team consists of 10+ specialists across Microsoft SharePoint, M365, and the Power Platform. This role will report to the Application Delivery Manager located in Bangalore, India.
- We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Power Platform expert with extensive technical capabilities and, preferably, with over 5 years of relevant experience. Our solutions are substantial and highly varied using different parts of the Power Platform toolset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Subject Matter Expert and Oversee Development of Custom Business Applications: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and operations of Power Platform, SharePoint and Microsoft 365based solutions tailored to complex business needs.
- Expert in Core Development, implement and manage monitoring solutions using Microsoft-native tools
- Lead Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with product owners, QA, infrastructure teams, and developers to enforce best practices in version control, branching strategies, and release governance.
- Mentor and Guide Team Members: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring delivery of high-quality, maintainable, scalable code and best practices.
- Stay updated on Microsoft technologies, Power Platform, AI, and cloud innovations; share insights with the team
- Participate in Agile Development: Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, demos, and technical knowledge-sharing session
- Handle support tickets and service requests; assist product owners and business citizen developers
- Perform governance tasks to ensure compliance with platform and organizational standards

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead technical implementation of solutions where the Power Platform is the preferred toolset.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes in Azure DevOps.
- Implement and govern platform best practices and policies. We use and extend the Power Platform Center of Excellence solution for monitoring and triggering governance activities.
- Support internal Citizen developers with guidance and advice about their use of Power Platform tools through assigned tickets or using our Teams community channels
- Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues to build strong team capabilities, support knowledge transfer and training as part of Yara’s long-term strategy to grow sustainable competence.

**Profile**:

- 7-10 years of experience in Microsoft development, including 5+ years of specialized expertise in Microsoft Power Platform
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Model-driven apps and Dataverse
- Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable solutions and managing secure/ stable operations
- Skilled in architecting resilient front-end and back-end solutions across the Microsoft technology stack with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including YAML pipeline creation, CI/CD processes, version control, and release automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex DevOps workflows
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft 365 is a plus
- Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications is a plus
- Experience working in multinational company environments is a plus
