Microsoft Power Platform Manager

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative Power Platform solutions that drive digital transformation, streamline business processes, and enhance data management. The ideal candidate will manage a team of developers and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Microsoft Dataverse, and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
• Lead and oversee the development and deployment of Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational strategy.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Power Platform developers.
• Application Development:
• Drive the creation of custom applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) tailored to meet business needs.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of websites and portals using Power Pages with secure data integrations.
• Workflow Automation:
• Manage the design and implementation of workflows and process automations using Power Automate, including RPA for repetitive tasks.
• Ensure efficient and scalable automation strategies for complex business processes.
• Chatbot Integration:
• Guide the development of intelligent chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to enhance customer and employee interactions.
• Data Integration and Management:
• Oversee the use of Microsoft Dataverse to create and manage data environments for Power Platform solutions.
• Ensure seamless data integration across sources like SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and external APIs using pre-built and custom connectors.
• AI-Driven Enhancements:
• Champion the integration of AI Builder capabilities to incorporate AI features such as form processing, sentiment analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with business leaders to identify needs, gather requirements, and recommend Power Platform solutions that address key pain points.
• Provide strategic input, training, and documentation to stakeholders and technical teams.
• Maintenance and Support:
• Oversee the monitoring and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions to ensure performance, availability, and user satisfaction.
• Implement updates, governance strategies, and compliance measures across all solutions.
• Security and Governance:
• Enforce enterprise security policies and role-based access controls for Power Platform applications.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data integrity and governance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions at an enterprise level, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, and data integration tools.
• Strong proficiency in PowerFX, JSON, and REST API development.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services, Azure cloud solutions, and security frameworks.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and managing cross-functional collaborations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering scalable and secure solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with process optimization and business analysis methodologies.
• Experience managing multi-project environments in agile frameworks.
