- Lead the architecture and design of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI, to meet business and technical requirements._
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and create technical specifications._
- Design scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions that adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements._
- Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure quality and reliability of Power Platform solutions._
- Extensive development experience in Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps) and Power Automate._
- Experience working with Dataverse tables, security roles and groups._
- Good knowledge about the Power Platform environment and solutions (including solution deployment & CI-CD)._
- Experience in PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and other reusable components. Hands-on experience in TypeScript and React JS._
- Good experience in SharePoint Online (M365)._
- Hands-on experience in SharePoint out-of-the-box features, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and PnP webparts._
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Power Platform technologies and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness._
- Secondary Skill Set:_
- Experience in integration with 3rd party systems (e.g. - SAP etc.)._
- Installation and configuration of data gateways._
- Data Migration experience._
- Azure Cloud technologies (Functions, Logic Apps, AD).

- Power Platform, M365 and Azure certifications
_
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
_
- Proficient working in Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.
_
- Experience working across disciplines, groups, and teams._

**Qualifications**:
Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology or relevant technical field
