What this role drives

  • Lead concept‑to‑handover delivery for residential and commercial interiors, owning client discovery, design intent, detailed drawings, vendor coordination, site execution, and quality control.
  • Translate briefs into compelling concepts, mood boards, materials palettes, 3D visualizations, and BOQs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
  • Mentor designers, standardize processes, and raise the bar on documentation, timelines, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

Ideal profile

  • 4–5 years in interior design/architecture with a strong portfolio across residential or commercial; studio or design‑build experience preferred.
  • Fluency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape/V‑Ray, and Adobe Suite; strong detailing and site execution rigor.
  • Business acumen: comfort with BOQs, procurement, contracts, and presenting ROI‑driven design decisions.
  • Network advantage: existing clients or referral ecosystem a plus; appetite to help scale a design brand.

What success looks like

  • On‑time, on‑budget handovers with excellent snag scores and client NPS.
  • Reusable standards libraries, improved drawing QA, and faster design cycles.
