Raha Design & Build is scaling and seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer to lead end‑to‑end projects, elevate our design language, and help build a studio that blends craft with business impact—offering equity for the right leader who can invest and bring strategic value, including a book of clients.

What this role drives

  • Lead concept‑to‑handover delivery for residential and commercial interiors, owning client discovery, design intent, detailed drawings, vendor coordination, site execution, and quality control.
  • Translate briefs into compelling concepts, mood boards, materials palettes, 3D visualizations, and BOQs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
  • Mentor designers, standardize processes, and raise the bar on documentation, timelines, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Own multiple projects concurrently; lead design reviews, approvals, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Produce and QA deliverables: GFC sets, MEP coordination, schedules, specifications, and site instructions.
  • Vendor and contractor management, from bid to close‑out, with cost/value engineering and timeline control.
  • Client relationship management, upselling scope, and post‑occupancy improvements.

Ideal profile

  • 4–5 years in interior design/architecture with a strong portfolio across residential or commercial; studio or design‑build experience preferred.
  • Fluency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape/V‑Ray, and Adobe Suite; strong detailing and site execution rigor.
  • Business acumen: comfort with BOQs, procurement, contracts, and presenting ROI‑driven design decisions.
  • Network advantage: existing clients or referral ecosystem a plus; appetite to help scale a design brand.
