Job Overview

CBSL Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of professional experience with a strong eye for design and branding, proficiency in industry-standard tools, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs across both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging graphics for digital media, social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to maintain design consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop, adapt, and refine design concepts as per project requirements.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Prepare final designs for production and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and tools like Canva.
  • Hands-on experience in branding, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and print design.
  • Solid background in video design and editing.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to design challenges.
  • A well-curated portfolio showcasing past design and video work is mandatory.
