Job Overview: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our creative team for the Indian Air Force (IAF) project. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong grasp of design principles, video editing, and content creation across digital platformsespecially social media and reels. You should possess a keen eye for aesthetics, a flair for motion graphics, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visuals that align with our brand vision.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media posts, website assets, email campaigns, infographics, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop animated content such as explainer videos, reels, motion graphics, GIFs, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
  • Conceptualize and storyboard ideas, translating creative briefs into visually appealing designs and animations that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to creative standards across all design and video assets.
  • Stay updated on the latest design techniques, video editing trends, and emerging creative tools to maintain production excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide creative input, share constructive feedback, and collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field with minimum 2 years of experience. However, freshers with outstanding portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools such as Adobe Animate, Blender, or Maya.
  • Strong experience in designing social media posts, reels, billboards, print collaterals, and banners.
  • Ability to balance creative imagination with strategic thinking, adapting quickly to feedback and project needs.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Passionate about design, animation, and storytelling, with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
