We are a fast-growing pet-care brand passionate about premium, innovative, and sustainable products. Creativity and originality are the core of our growth, and now we are looking for a Video Editor cum Content Creator who can take full ownership of campaigns — from ideation to execution.

About the Role

This is not just an editing job. We want someone who can think like a campaign owner — come up with unique ideas, plan content, and then execute it end-to-end (shoot, edit, AI videos, and design assets). You'll have creative freedom to bring bold, engaging stories to life while ensuring originality and impact.

Key Responsibilities

·       Campaign Ownership: Ideate, plan, and execute full campaigns — from concept → script → shoot → edit → final delivery.

·       Content Creation: Develop high-quality short-form and long-form videos, social media reels, and ad creatives.

·       AI Video Creation: Use tools like Sora, Runway, Gemini, Kling, Higgsfield, etc. to produce impressive AI-driven videos.

·       Scripting & Storytelling: Write engaging scripts and captions aligned with campaign objectives.

·       Creative Design: Support campaigns with visual assets (using Canva, Adobe, MidJourney, etc.).

·       Research: Keep up with trends in video marketing, social media, and AI tools to drive innovation.

·       Collaboration: Work directly with founders to brainstorm and roll out impactful campaigns.

Tools & Software Knowledge

·       Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

·       Canva, CapCut, other editing tools

·       AI Tools: Sora, Runway, Gemini, Kling, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.

What We Expect From You

·       Proven experience (1–5 years) in video editing and content creation.

·       Portfolio must include impressive AI-generated videos (work or personal projects).

·       Ability to ideate and take full charge of campaigns — from unique concept to final content delivery.

·       Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and editing skills.

·       Effective communication, time management, and meeting deadlines.

·       A responsible, self-driven, and collaborative personality with a sense of ownership.

KPIs / Performance Expectations

Deliver end-to-end campaigns (unique ideas + video content + creatives) on a weekly/monthly basis while maintaining originality, creativity, and quality in every campaign.
