About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hiring strategies, stakeholder management, and the ability to attract top talent across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other innovative channels.
  • Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Collaborate with HR team on offer negotiations, onboarding, and maintaining hiring metrics.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in tech/non-tech or both).
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools and job portals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
