Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Maintain attendance records, staff schedules, and weekly reports.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication with school partners.
- Coordinate between internal teams (trainers, management, school coordinators).
- Prepare letters, circulars, meeting minutes, and official documents.
- Monitor stock of academic materials, kits, and consumables.
- Support HR tasks like onboarding, ID creation, and admin-level follow-ups.
- Maintain MIS reports and ensure data accuracy.
Academic Planning Responsibilities
- Design academic schedules, timetables, and yearly/weekly plans for school programs.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure classes run smoothly as per timetable.
- Prepare lesson planning documentation and ensure alignment with curriculum.
- Track academic progress, student attendance, and class performance.
- Organize assessments, competitions, STEM events, and exhibitions.
- Ensure all academic activities meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate updates and academic requirements to school management.
- Assist in curriculum mapping for robotics/STEM programs.
Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the point of contact between company and schools.
- Ensure timely communication regarding classes, events, and academic updates.
- Coordinate with school principals, coordinators, and teachers professionally.
- Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Admin preferred).
- Strong communication skills (communication is a must).
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Experience in school coordination or academic planning is an added advantage.
