Role & responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and projects.
Sales Growth & Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the division.
Ensure consistent and effective follow-up on leads and client inquiries.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor products to improve the companys offerings.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and product offerings.
Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
Negotiations and Contract Finalization:
Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and close deals.
Ensure terms of the agreements are clearly understood by clients, leading to long-term business relationships.
