Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support, understanding customer needs, travle to clients visits, and offering solutions. The role includes preparing and delivering technical presentations, interpreting customer technical requirements, and liaising with the engineering team to meet customer specifications. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will help in post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Must have two wheeler, Travelling allowance will provide by company.
Qualifications
Mechanical Engineer with
- Skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Excellent Communication and Sales abilities
- Customer Service orientation and skills
- Proficient in problem-solving and technical troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the marking and traceability industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
