Telesales & Lead Management:

  • Proactively engage with potential customers via outbound calls (cold and warm) to introduce products/services and generate sales leads.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with existing clients to encourage repeat sales, introduce new products, and build long-term relationships.
  • Utilize pre-determined scripts and talking points while also demonstrating the ability to improvise and adapt to customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions and effectively close sales over the phone.
  • Qualify leads and, where necessary, direct high-potential prospects to the Field Sales team for further engagement.

Sales Support & Administration:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Process customer orders, prepare sales agreements, and manage documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Prepare and present regular sales activity reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations as needed by the sales team.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., Finance, Shipping, Customer Service) to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of products/services and resolution of sales-related issues.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Handle customer queries, objections, and grievances in a professional and calm manner to maintain high customer satisfaction and preserve the company's reputation.
