Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between data and decision-making. The role involves gathering business requirements, analysing data, and working closely with teams to design and implement effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements.
- Analyse data trends to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
- Develop BRDs, FRDs, and user stories to support project execution.
- Support teams in solution design, feasibility analysis, and process improvement.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis for product/business strategy.
- Assist in project management, QA testing, and change management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or similar field.
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience in writing test cases and conducting UAT.
