Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs, analyse processes, and develop data-driven solutions that support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that guide decision-making.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Develop business cases and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.
  • Support project lifecycle from initiation to implementation and post-deployment review.
  • Create process models, user stories, workflows, and wireframes as needed.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate regular reports for performance tracking.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, JIRA, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
