Business Analyst II

• Independently conducts business and systems analysis for Small projects/applications and systems. 

• Leads discovery sessions with project stakeholders to elicit business requirements and ensure the results of the software development complies with user and business specifications. 

• Work collaboratively with business and IT to document mockups, prototypes, use cases, and workflow diagrams to ensure designed products meet usability and user experience standards. 

• Consult with project and business stakeholders to develop, document, refine, and communicate business and functional requirements while adhering to or maintaining compliance and regulatory guidelines. 

• Provide support of Product Manager/Owners in prioritizing backlogs and writing user stories. 

 
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding. 

 
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to create alignment and purpose from concept to development. 

 
• Articulate and identify strategic objectives for all assigned projects, aligned to customer expectations and company goals. 

 
• Participates with project teams to troubleshoot defects (technical and functional) within production solution during post release support. 

 
• Collaborates with management and functional teams to ensure that all software features and functions are documented, tested and validated, and support any necessary customer training. 

 
• As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with internal subject matter experts, scrum teams, and business units to create and document business and functional requirements that will enhance our clients' ability to provide industry leading care and comply with regulations. In this role you are a fundamental part of helping Qualifacts succeed through our clients. 

 
• The Business Systems Analyst understands concepts and thinks creatively, working from initial concept to identifying business needs and work collaboratively with team members to identify and provide solutions. The BSA must prioritize and plan work, as well as proactively manage conflicts and priorities associated with executing multiple simultaneous task/activities. The BSA is a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and able to diplomatically establish professional working relationships with clients and co-workers while handling stress in a professional and productive manner. 

Required Experience 

 
• Bachelor's Degree Required (computer science, information systems, business administration or other industry-related curriculum). 

 
• 2 minimum years as a business analyst working directly with clients, stakeholders, business units, software engineering teams. 

 
• 2 minimum years' experience defining and documenting business and functional solutions, models, and specifications involving transformation from legacy platforms and integrated services platforms. 

 
• Knowledge of Use Case Modeling and experience with Process flows and/or activity diagrams,  

 
• Experience capturing and eliciting business requirements (JAD, End User Interview). 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Demonstrated experience working across technical and business boundaries to understand objectives and scope and capture business needs. 

Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Experience preferred

Shift Timings : 12 PM to 9 PM IST. (Vadodara Office)
