Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Should possess good communication skills and must be proficient in English.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize and maintain important documents, database, reports, and files, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
- Assist in special projects, presentations, and reports as required.
- Knowledge of latest AI tools is a plus (ChatGPT, Bard etc.)
- Required hands on experience on automation using MS Excel, Outlook, Word for Bulk mailing.
- Knowledge of Social Media is a plus (Updating Blog Posts, Pages, SEO)
- Sound grip on extensions of MS Office such as MailMerge etc. will be a plus
- Maintain the Calendar and daily schedule, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
