Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Should possess good communication skills and must be proficient in English.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Organize and maintain important documents, database, reports, and files, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
  • Assist in special projects, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Knowledge of latest AI tools is a plus (ChatGPT, Bard etc.)
  • Required hands on experience on automation using MS Excel, Outlook, Word for Bulk mailing.
  • Knowledge of Social Media is a plus (Updating Blog Posts, Pages, SEO)
  • Sound grip on extensions of MS Office such as MailMerge etc. will be a plus
  • Maintain the Calendar and daily schedule, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
