We are looking to expand our team with a driven and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen our market presence and foster strategic relationships with architects and specification professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and specification professionals to promote [Company Name]s building material products.

  • Identify new business opportunities within the architecture and construction sectors to drive company growth.

  • Sales and Market Expansion:

  • Actively pursue new leads, including architect and design consultants, to increase market share in the building materials sector.

  • Generate and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and company goals.

  • Product Knowledge & Specification Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical and product-related queries from architects, ensuring products meet design specifications.

  • Provide architects with product presentations, technical support, and specifications for their projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 3years of experience in business development or sales within the building materials industry.

  • Proven track record in dealing with architects and understanding technical specifications of building materials.

  • Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of building materials and their applications in architectural and construction projects.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to interpret architectural designs and specifications to offer customized solutions.

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
