**Job Title**: Marketing and Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Business Development**: Identify and target potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Performance & Reporting**: Achieve sales targets and regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- **Collaboration & Strategy Execution**: Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- **Market Analysis & Competitor Insights**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- **Travel & Customer Engagement**: Visit customer locations for meetings, presentations, and business discussions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in industrial or B2B sales.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Basic understanding of polymers, engineering thermoplastics, and injection moulding is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong English-speaking and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
- **Professionalism**: Presentable appearance with a confident and persuasive approach.
- **Mobility**: A valid two-wheeler driving license is required for travel to customer locations.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
