Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Operations located in Aurangabad. The Manager of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising production processes, coordinating with various departments, managing inventory, implementing process improvements, and ensuring timely dispatches. The role also involves monitoring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in manufacturing operations and supervision
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using production management software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Related degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a similar field
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
