Role Overview

This position centers on applying NeoTrader's cutting-edge analysis and the company's proprietary trading framework to generate strategic, high-quality trade ideas and actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a quick, disciplined learner excited to master proven systems and grow into a critical business contributor.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Trade Idea Generation

  • Use NeoTrader to produce trade ideas across intraday, swing, and positional horizons for equities, futures, and options, strictly following company-set rules and methods .
  • Provide well-structured rationale for trades, supporting client portfolios with actionable recommendations .

Technical Analysis & Decision Support

  • Interpret market conditions through NeoTrader's systems, supplying timely insights for traders and management .

Reporting & Presentation

  • Create clear reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies internally and to clients, showcasing disciplined analysis and outcome tracking .

Cross-Functional Teamwork

  • Work hands-on with management, traders, and developers, contributing analytical expertise while strictly observing established workflows and standards .

Quality Assurance & Model Testing

  • Validate and test analytical models under senior supervision; participate in performance reviews and strategy backtesting for continuous improvement .

Webinar & Session Support

  • Help prepare and deliver materials for webinars and client sessions, demonstrating the application of proprietary methodologies in real market scenarios .

Continuous Learning

  • Actively expand technical and market knowledge following the company's learning programs, quickly mastering new tools and strategies .

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field .
  • Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and absorb unfamiliar systems with ease .
  • Exceptionally disciplined, reliable, and committed to strict adherence to process and direction from top management .
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort with data-driven decision making .
  • Clarity in communication and ability to present technical information in an accessible format .
