THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our dynamic Innovation Success team as an Implementation Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product implementations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and product team to deploy innovations seamlessly, optimize solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring long-term customer success.
Ivalua is developing a new generation of Procurement technology products. A Magic Quadrant leader, Ivaluas solutions work in a complex global economy. Our innovative Procure-to-Pay solutions include automating customized workflows to request, procure, receive, and pay for goods and services across the enterprise, refining the procurement lifecycle while reducing cost and risk of spending on indirect goods, direct goods and services, and improving supplier collaboration.

ROLE:
Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for an Implementation Specialist for our Innovation & Success team in the Professional Services department. You will be reporting to the Manager, Professional Services and will be involved in innovation deployment and product improvement and support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation Deployment:
- Successfully deploy innovations with customers within allocated budgets and timelines.
- Evaluate and strengthen innovations based on gaps identified with customers, carefully distinguishing between product-related and project-related issues. Ensure innovations are fully optimized and robust before broader rollout, addressing any concerns discovered during the assessment.
- Contribute to the development of Ivalua add-ons ensuring high-quality deliverables through peer reviews.
Continuous Product Improvement:
- Conduct Solution Optimization and Adoption initiatives with customers to continuously assess and enhance implementation effectiveness.
- Proactively identify pain points and propose workarounds and long-term solutions.
- Develop and implement best practices based on lessons learned from previous innovations and deployments. Capture and integrate insights to enhance future processes and innovations.
- Create and disseminate materials for internal and partner communication, and provide content to Services Ops for enablement sessions.
Ivalua Solution Expertise:
- Propose scalable and long-term solutions by demonstrating comprehensive product and business knowledge.
- Develop both technical and business skills required to execute assignments (SQL, IVA Gen AI, Ivalua configuration, certifications).
- Actively participate in the community by replying to customer inquiries, publishing lessons learned, and sharing implementation success stories about new feature releases.
Project Knowledge and Support:
- Contribute to build and maintain the customer knowledge base.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of customer implementations within the assigned scope.
- Promote innovation and configuration best practices to drive customer success and optimize solution deployment.
YOUR PROFILE
If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management and solution deployment
- Proven experience in project management and solution deployment.
- Product oriented
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-Centric Approach
Knowledge and Experience with Agentic AI:
Understanding of AI Agent Architectures (e.g., planning, memory, tool usage) and their practical applications in customer environments.
- Ability to map customer processes to potential AI Agent workflows and define necessary inputs/outputs.
Familiarity with the operational considerations for deploying autonomous or semi-autonomous AI solutions.
Some travel (25%)
Soft Skills :
- BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent. Procurement domain will be an added advantage.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience integrating specialized tools or APIs with AI agents to enhance their capabilities
- Deep understanding of procurement and supply chain management.
- Industry-specific business knowledge.
