Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Virtual Care) located in West Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating strategies to increase revenue, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement business plans. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and industry analysis
- Strategic planning and project management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the virtual care industry and related regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, CMS policies).
- Network of contacts in healthcare provider organizations, payers, or employer wellness programs.
- Experience with SaaS or B2B digital health solutions.
