Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead the strategic design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services across the organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of enterprise collaboration tools, and the ability to drive innovation and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and Implement Solutions:

    Design and deploy Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and the Power Platform.
  • Microsoft Teams Expertise:

    Develop advanced Teams solutions, including custom applications, bots, and connectors to enhance collaboration.
  • Security and Compliance Leadership:

    Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance policies using Microsoft Purview and Entra ID.
  • Cloud Migration Strategy:

    Lead the transition from legacy systems to a modern cloud-based Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Platform Optimization:

    Continuously monitor and fine-tune Microsoft 365 and Teams for peak performance and user satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and provide expert technical guidance.
  • Mentorship and Documentation:

    Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor technical teams, and produce clear architectural documentation and diagrams.
  • Integration and Automation:

    Design seamless integrations between Microsoft 365 and other enterprise platforms using Azure services, Power Platform, and Graph API.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience:

    Proven track record in managing large-scale Microsoft 365 deployments and cloud migrations in enterprise environments.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, Power Platform, Azure services, and Graph API.
  • Security & Governance:

    Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, and implementing robust governance frameworks.
  • Communication Skills:

    Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
