Senior Analyst-Strategy & Business Planning

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to lead our Strategy & Business Planning team. This role is critical in designing entry-level strategies, developing business plans, and supporting the knowledge delivery function to ensure alignment with our internal growth goals.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a structured approach to planning, and experience working with leadership teams on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Design:
  • Develop entry-level strategies for new business verticals, markets, or service lines.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven research and competitive analysis.
  • Business Planning:

Create comprehensive business plans including financial projections, operational frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Support leadership in annual and quarterly strategic planning exercises.
  • Content & Knowledge Delivery Support:
  • Collaborate with global content teams to align knowledge products with client needs.
  • Design frameworks and templates to standardize knowledge delivery across projects.
  • Market Research & Insights:

Conduct in-depth market analysis and benchmarking for clients and internal projects.

  • Prepare executive presentations and reports to communicate strategic recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with senior management, project teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution of strategies and plans.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Strategy, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 4–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, business planning, or KPO/knowledge services.
  • Proven experience in designing entry-level strategies and developing end-to-end business plans.
  • Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Expertise in financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Exposure to knowledge management frameworks or global delivery models.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
