Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound and outbound leads, nurture customer relationships, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and connect with potential leads within 2 working hours of receiving a lead (including Saturdays).
  • Handle leads generated through social media campaigns, webinars, podcasts, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and the website.
  • Track and maintain a record of all scheduled online campaigns and leads received from each channel.
  • Maintain detailed records of products sold and customer-specific details.
  • Engage with existing customers to collect testimonials and reviews.
  • Keep real-time sales records in the CRM, including activities, interactions, and opportunities.
  • Understand the target audience deeply and respond with tailored communication.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and new healthcare technologies.
  • Share feedback and customer insights with product development and marketing teams.
  • Call and onboard potential doctor leads for home monitoring services.
  • Deliver product knowledge sessions and demos to customers post-sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer engagement (healthcare/medical tech background preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
  • Experience with CRM tools for managing leads and sales data.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
