At GO DESi, our mission is to make DESi 'POP'ular. We are a packaged food brand making regional Desi products relevant and accessible to customers while ensuring quality and authenticity. Today, the bulk of our products operate in the Impulse category. Our best seller is DESi POPz; we sell more than 90 lakh POPz monthly. Our other categories include DESi Meetha, DESi Mints, and DESi Bytes. We have an integrated backend, i.e., we own the entire supply chain from sourcing to manufacturing.

Brief:
At GO DESi, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation and deliveries, coordinate with carriers and suppliers for smooth shipment tracking, and act as the key link between vendors, partners, and internal teams while maintaining accurate shipping and cost reports.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate transportation and deliveries.
To work Closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to track shipments.
Act as a point of contact between vendors, transport partners, and internal teams.
Handle escalations regarding delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices
Maintain accurate reports on shipments and logistics cost
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Logistics Supply Chain or Operations).
0 - 1 years of experience in Supply chain, Operations.
Good command of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (MIS reports, maintaining records).
Comfortable managing carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to track shipments.
Good communication skills and proactive problem-solving ability.
