Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
· Manage the MD's daily calendar, appointments, and schedules.
· Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
· Maintain filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of records.
2. Meeting Coordination
· Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
· Ensure all relevant materials and reports are available before meetings.
· Follow up on action points and deadlines from meetings.
3. Travel & Logistics
· Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
· Prepare and manage travel expense statements.
4. Communication Management
· Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with discretion.
· Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
· Maintain strict confidentiality of business and personal information.
5. Coordination & Follow-up
· Coordinate with department heads for reports and updates.
· Track progress on key projects and ensure timely follow-up.
6. Office & Event Management
· Organize board meetings, client visits, and office events.
· Ensure the MD's office environment is efficient and professional.
7. Personal Assistance
· Assist with certain personal appointments and errands as required.
· Maintain discretion and professionalism in all dealings.
Skills & Attributes Required:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
· Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
