We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a sales team, setting targets, developing strategies, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance reports to ensure goals are met.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team.
