*Job Summary:*
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. If you have a proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate, marble, or related industries, we'd love to hear from you.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Develop and pitch sales proposals to potential clients, negotiating deals and closing sales.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Provide regular sales performance reports and market feedback to the management.
*Requirements:*
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, marble, or related industries.
Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
